IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Family ID registration for 2025 Spring Sports will open on February 10 and close on April 4.  A completed registration with an uploaded current physical is required to practice on the first day. Click the registration button above.
Please check the date of the physical prior to uploading. If the physical has expired your registration will not be approved.

Athletes new to EPHS or that have never played a sport must also submit a notarized and signed Assumption of Risk Form. Please see link at the bottom of the page.

All MS Athletes must complete the NEW MS Assumption of Risk form. LInked on the bottom of this page.

HS Spring practices begin on 3/17 and MS practices begin on 3/24.
